We consider the “Human Capital” as the main resource and competitive factor in our market, so we place people at the center of our social accountability system.
Customers, employees, suppliers, communities and territories are considered as a strategic asset on which to address the objectives of social responsibility.
 
In line with the principles of the SA8000 management system, the main objectives are: 

- respect and value the diversity of the countries in which Irem is active, adopting a zero tolerance policy towards any type of discrimination
- use mainly local workforce for our core activities in order to generate a positive employment impact in our communities
- monitor the behavior of suppliers and contractors by performing periodic audits on processes of significant impact
- promote a culture of excellence in skills through continuous training activities by internal Academies or education and training partnership
- promoting and supporting local industrial associations network in order to sustain and develop companies internationalization
- adopt processes based on environmental sustainability throughout the supply chain cycle
- donate% of turnover to charitable initiatives in the field of social inclusion
