IREM SPA is looking for a INSURANCE AGENT for internal staff expansion
The main requirement for the required position is an excellent knowledge of the English language (fluent)
Proven experience in the insurance branch, in particular specialization in the treatment of types of insurance such as the Non-Life branch: TPL policies, property insurance, RCT, TPL, equipment, car fleet, registration book
The candidate must:
- Carry out the risk analysis by evaluating the regulations of company insurance policies
- Analyze and correlate the insurance cost with the coverage level
- Find solutions for different insurance needs
- Identify adequate coverage by making bureaucratic and insurance documentation clear and understandable
- Manage the payment deadlines of the policies
The candidate will have to periodically check the business risks so that the assets, equipment, means and assets of the company are constantly covered by insurance so that the business risk level is close to zero.
Duties and skills of the candidate:
- Manage insurance products and services
- Identify and take out appropriate insurance policies
- Manage the cases of accident or damage and the related bureaucratic requirements
- Take care of the intermediation between the company and the insurance company
- Keep up to date on market news and sector regulations
- Knowledge of the characteristics of insurance products
- Mastery of the most popular computer systems
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work towards goals
- Organizational skills
- Hourly flexibility
- Willingness also to travel abroad
- Carry out policy renewals.
- Retain the documentation
Educational experience: degree in law / economics with at least 3 years of experience.
