We are looking for the administrative manager for the Bucharest office.
POSITION:
The resource will carry out the following activities:
- Home Banking, cataloging of deadlines and documents and financial situation control
- Accounts payable: schedule, payment registration and balancing
- Accounts receivable: invoice management, deadline and reminders management, reconciliations
- Periodic management budgets - Closing the financial statements and related settlement records,
- Personnel management from an accounting-administrative point of view, with mastery of the determination of the hourly rate necessary for industrial accounting
- Knowledge of the conventions signed by Romania with other states to avoid double taxation of income tax produced both by workers and on that produced by companies abroad
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a similar job
- Bachelor's / specialist degree in economics
- Organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of the main Office applications: Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Knowledge of English.
