The free training course “PartIREMo with Skills 2.0” has been launched in recent days. This project, promoted by Irem, Randstad and Rotary Siracusa, aims to train individuals for technical office and work accounting roles. Participants, young adults between the ages of 20 and 30, will undertake 240 hours of theoretical and practical training at Irem's headquarter, led by Franco Strazzulla and Vincenzo Annaloro, who will teach essential skills in Office Suite, basic engineering, accounting and English.
At the end of the training, the most qualified candidates may be selected by Irem to work at the company’s overseas project sites.
“Our Academy remains committed,” said Irem’s CEO, Giovanni Musso, “to developing new professional profiles. My wish,” he concluded, addressing the participants, “is that by the end of this experience, all of you will be prepared to face the challenges presented by international markets.”
