Since 2019, Irem has trained ๐๐๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ย professionals, 60 of whom have joined its business units in Italy and abroad. Between 2019 and 2022, courses for pipefitters, mechanical assemblers and welders involved 75 participants, 43 of whom were employed.
In the last two years, the commitment to training has grown even stronger with the establishment of the permanent Academy. In 2023 and in 2024, thanks to four courses, two for planners and two for technical office staff, 48 unemployed young people were trained, with some of them employed in international projects.
In December, an additional training course for 12 unemployed graduates individuals will be completed, focusing on professional roles for the Technical Office. This initiative is carried out in collaboration with Randstad and Rotary Siracusa.
