“Water for Growth”: sustainability starting from schools. IREM Spa is proud to be among the key supporters of the “Water for Growth” project, an initiative that brings together education, environmental sustainability and social responsibility. On wednesday, at the Istituto Comprensivo Archia in Siracusa, we contributed to the installation of a microfiltered water dispenser and the distribution of aluminium water bottles to students, with a clear objective: reducing single-use plastic and promoting responsible habits from an early age.

 For Irem, sustainability is not only an environmental issue, but above all a cultural one. Investing in schools means investing in the future, helping younger generations develop awareness and respect for natural resources and their local territory. Promoted by Fondazione Progetti del Cuore, the project also includes three years of free maintenance for the water dispensers, along with educational activities and awareness campaigns for students and families, aimed at encouraging long-lasting changes in daily behaviour.

Every action counts. Even a simple water bottle can make a difference.
