IREM S.p.A. confirms the highest recognition for corporate ethics and transparency: the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) has renewed the company’s “Legality Rating” for the 2026–2029 period, awarding once again the maximum score of ★★★.
The Legality Rating recognises companies operating according to high standards of legality, transparency, social responsibility and sound corporate governance. An important certification of reliability towards institutions, stakeholders, partners and the banking system.
“The renewal of the highest rating,” commented IREM CEO Giovanni Musso, “confirms the path undertaken by IREM in promoting organizational models based on ethics, compliance, sustainability and the enhancement of human capital, fully aligned with the ESG principles guiding our corporate strategy.”
Over the years, IREM has integrated these values into its processes through certified management systems, investments in safety, continuous training, social responsibility initiatives and operational transparency, both at its headquarters in Siracusa and across its business units in Italy and abroad.
A result that further strengthens the company’s positioning in national and international markets, confirming its commitment to sustainable, responsible and competitive growth.
