Irem Spa di Siracusa has been awarded the Legalità e Profitto Economy-Nsa Award 2024, reserved for the top 100 small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide that have achieved a legality rating.The recognition, now in its third edition, was conferred yesterday, Wednesday, April 10th, during the ceremony held at the Chapter Room of the Senate in the Cloister of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva.
The award is promoted by Economy Group and NSA, the leading Italian authorized credit mediation company with RSM, an accounting audit and certification company, in partnership with Anac and under the patronage of the Senate of the Republic.In the presence of Antonio De Poli, Quaestors of the Senate, the Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council Alessandro Morelli, and Francesco Paolo Sisto, Deputy Minister of Justice, Irem was awarded the Legalità e Profitto Economy-Nsa Award 2024 for its economic solidity - as evidenced by profitability and financial stability parameters - but above all for its full compliance and respect for the rules. The award was received by its CEO Giovanni Musso and the Vice President of the Board of Directors Silvia Saraceno.Throughout the day, a roundtable discussion was also held featuring Simona Arduini, Vice President of the Board of Directors of Banca Ifis, Giovanni Pelazzi, CEO of Argenta Soa, Alfredo Robledo, President of Sangalli Spa, former magistrate Iole Anna Savini, Past President of Transparency International Italia, and Salvatore Turrisi, President of Sielte spa.The hosts of the event were the CEO of Economy Group and the director of Economy, Giuseppe Caroccia and Sergio Luciano, respectively.
The closing remarks of the day were delivered by Francesco Paolo Sisto, Deputy Minister of Justice.During the award ceremony, the President of ANAC, Giuseppe Busia, announced the National Government's intention to establish a new rating system that considers a company's reputation and takes into account its past behaviors, history and compliance with rules through objective criteria, in order to assess its reliability.
