The course “Technical Office and Work Accounting” concluded today at the headquarters of IREM S.p.A.. The initiative is part of the third edition of “PartIREMo con le competenze”, the training programme promoted by the IREM Permanent Academy in collaboration with Randstad Italia and Rotary 2110 District Sicily–Malta. Ten young graduates completed more than 230 hours of technical and practical training, acquiring skills that are immediately applicable in the industrial plants sector for both traditional and green energy.

“Training is a strategic pillar to ensure the company’s future and generational renewal,” stated CEO Giovanni Musso. “The Academy was created to develop new professional profiles and to support them also in international markets, where on-site experience remains essential.”

The programme confirms the value of a strong collaboration between industry, the labour market and associations, capable of generating concrete opportunities for professional growth. Starting in mid-January, IREM will launch a new course dedicated to the role of planner, a key position for the planning of business units in Italy and abroad.
