On June 19, IREM CEO Giovanni Musso took part in “Dialoghi sul Futuro” (Dialogues on the Future), the closing event of the “Progettare Futuro” Festival promoted by Fondazione Ortygia in Piazza Minerva, Ortigia.

The event strengthened a relationship that had already begun earlier this year. On March 10, IREM welcomed participants of the My Future Buddy Plus project to its headquarters for a career orientation day featuring visits to the company’s workshops, meetings with managers, and discussions on the energy transition and the H2-SR project.

Speaking on stage in Piazza Minerva, Musso recalled that experience with enthusiasm: “Almost all of the projects presented by the students focused on hydrogen. This tells me that the younger generations are fully aware that the energy transition is underway and can no longer be stopped.”

He also delivered a clear message on the role of businesses: “The challenge is to tell our story in a way that attracts young people. When a company grows, the entire community benefits. Human capital is the asset that ensures continuity, growth, and long-term development.”
