On October 21, IREM Spa took a new step forward in its ESG journey with the approval of its first Sustainability Report. A voluntary and conscious choice that confirms the company’s commitment to integrating environmental responsibility, care for people, and transparency into its business strategy.

At the heart of the report are the development of human capital, training through our permanent Academy, safety, employee well-being, and the creation of opportunities for young people. These commitments are complemented by support for cultural initiatives, dialogue with the local community, and contributions to industrial projects related to the energy transition.
